    Screen dims slightly after 5 minutes.


    When I play a game, after about five minutes, my TV screen dims slightly and only goes back to normal if I go to Home and then straight back into the game. Have tried all settings on Xbox and my TV (Samsung NU8000). Run out of ideas, but read that this
    was an issue back in 2016 - is it still a known issue or might it be my TV?

    … it does say this one that link you gave - When using the NU8000 for HDR PC Gaming, there is currently an issue with the 'Standard' picture mode where the screen became very dim and we were unable to change it. So maybe
    there are issues with this TV and dimness.

    If the TV has HDR, try turning off the HDR settings or turning them on. Perhaps the color space is accurately set up on the Xbox for the TV to display it properly.

    Thanks, that doesn't seem to tell me much I haven't tried but thanks for the link, I used that site to research buying this TV.
