    Dimming screen while watching Netflix on Xbox One

    I've heard some people saying while watching HBO GO their screen is dimming. Mine is doing that while watching Netflix. Please help!

    This just started happening to me yesterday. If I pressed the back button on the remote it would come back to normal, but it's super annoying.

    And this is only occurring while in the Netflix app.

    Hey all!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with Netflix. So we can best look into this, can you please clarify if you're using a Kinect Sensor? Also, let us know what power setting you have your console set to. Thanks a ton for helping out screen dimming during netflix :)

    Xbox One S HDR Bug

    I am having a similar issue on my Xbox One S connected directly to my Samsung JS8500 tv. When I open the netflix app the screen becomes very dim and the screen doesn't return to normal until the app is quit. HDR content looks great using the Netflix app
    on my TV by the way, not dim at all.
