    hi everyone i got a new xbox one s

    Set a game up tried to record a clip but it will only do 1-3 seconds even if i select 45 seconds 2 minutes or 5
    we have tried 1080 and 720 settings and it has nearly 1tb worth of space so its not a space issue

    anyone know what to do

    Hi Rory, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We will follow the steps on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/...

    First please follow this:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

    3. Under Capture & share, please choose don't allow game captures

    Then we will powercycle:

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    Lastly, Allow the game captures again:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

    3. Under Capture & share, please choose to allow game captures

    May 22, 2022 Solitaire Day Bracelet not awarded

    In the first screen capture it does show I earned the May 22. In the second screen capture, there should be a 1 in the box with the May 22 bracelet. For the 10,000 game, I have only played once on May 29th. I have never played a 10,000 game before that date. That bracelet should have a 1 in it, not a 2.
