Screen Blacking out during Videos on my Xbox One

so basically your xbox one hdmi cables went out and when you changed them it worked? because I have the black screen problem after my xbox loads up after the green screen, with no audio or video

If you watch the Xbox One reveal, it shows you during the video what the notifications look like - it'll be at the bottom of the screen, rectangular with sharp corners, & be split into 3 parts: your gamerpic on the left, with a notification icon next to

I did a hard reset on my xbox one and got the green loading screen and then when it is finished loading it goes directly to a black screen. It is not a display issue. I also tried the holding down the multiple buttons (waited for second beep etc.)
on the xbox and it hasn't worked either... still the same black screen

Video Performace

I'm having the same problem, and have tried the same step (uninstalling and reinstalling). I've been playing the game on my One with no problems whatsoever for the past two months, and was very happy to finally be able to, but suddenly in the last few days
I can no longer get the game to start. Every time I try, the video and sound cut out during the EA logo animation, and never come back -- the screen just stays black.
