    screen black out


    i started playing ki (killer instinct) yesterday with the new update and when i got to a game the screen blackout. the audio i can hear but the image i can not see. i was hopin somebody can tell me what happend or how to fix it or if i have to return the
    console and get another one?????????????

    Black out screen

    I have been having issues in which the screen will black out and hen reload/redeal with two overlapping games. This mostly happens with Tripeaks or Pyramid when you come to the end of a line (Pyramid) or end of a peak (Tripeaks) and it doesn't want to give
    the points.

    My spin on whats happened to Halo 4 (Multiplayer)

    well black screen happened to me twice, but these times were different... it kept on blinking black screen and going in and out of black screen every ten seconds... eventually kicking EVERYONE out of a middle of a game...

    I'm having the same problem since the Feb update. It happens randomly when using the guide button to go home from playing any game. The only fix I know of is to reboot the system but it will eventually happen again. Microsoft please fix this in the March
    update.

    The fix I've found for this issue is to hold down the Xbox button for about 10 seconds which should hard reset your console. Then manually turn off your TV and turn on the Xbox One again. If you're not using instant on you'll need to turn on your TV again,
    too.

    Doing what you said does fix it but it does it again and I have to repeat the reboot process.

    Did you disconnect the power after fully shutting it down?

    I did this and it hasnt happened since.

    I 've heard microsoft are working on a fix so it should hopefully be fixed in the next system update which is in early march.

    until then you could just use energy saving mode and switch back to instant on after the update.

    Between matches today on BF4 I hit the xbox button and then the screen flickered and went black. I could hear that everything was working fine but the screen was black. I did a full restart of my xbox and everything went back to normal.
