Screen auto-dimming after 10 minutes

    While watching HBO Now, the screen will dim after about 10 minutes. I can't find a setting to turn the auto dimming feature off.

    Screen dimming after 10 minutes of Blu Ray

    Hello.

    My screen keeps dimming after 10 minutes while playing a Blu Ray Disney WoW. I am trying to run the pixel flipper and it keeps dimming out. I have tried a power cycle and shutting my controller off. Nothing seems to stop it from dimming. It is very frustrating.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Bug Report - Idle dimming occurs during video playback

    While useful to dim the screen after X minutes of idle activity, the newest preview update does not ignore dimming during video playback. This is especially evident while watching movies, when I need to reach for the controller every 10 minutes to wake up
    the screen.

    My wife and I have noticed thus as well watching GoT on HBO Now hasn't done it till today and now it's seeming to go across multiple streaming apps really annoying and can't find a fix other than move your thumbstick

    Same exact issue. Never had this issue before. Did notice that when it switched episodes, it brightened back up, but then goes back to dim shortly after. Tried hard reset and unplugging it and did not fix it.

    I am having the same issue. Wasn't like that for the first week we had the app, but as of April 30 it has been an issue during anything I used from HBO Now.

    My wife and I have been using the HBO Now App since it released on the Xbox One. Tonight, while watching, the screen started dimming in ten minute intervals. I explored all the app and console settings and found no "screen saver" to disable. I hope that
    this can be resolved quickly.

    Also encountering this problem as of today. I guess I won't be using my Xbox One for media applications until this is resolved, bummer.

    Having this same issue too. So annoying. This was something I had an issue with before with other apps, but now it seems to only happen with HBO Now.

    This also started for me as soon as I started using HBO Now. I hope this gets fixed soon because having to nudge the right stick every 10 minutes is breaking my GoT immersion.
