Scratched out xbox live code

contact us via phone or chat support for further assistance, though! You will need to have your proof of purchase for them to look into it further. Be aware that we cannot guarantee they will
be able to provide a replacement, but contacting that form of support will be your best course of action at this time.

If the code was from a secondhand game and already scratched then there's nothing you can do about it, if it was a new code you can call Xbox Live Support by phone and have it checked out.

I had this issue and finally figured out that there are two codes. Did you scratch off and enter both codes?

Xbox Gift Cards should have a scratch-away or peel-away line on the back to reveal the 25-character code. (If it's scratch-away, always use caution when scratching off the obscurer, as you don't want to damage the numbers underneath, or there's no real
way to recover the code)

All games are digital and will be located on scratch cards found within the box. Find those cards, scratch them and enter the codes to download the games.

Barrel - There are 2 code on your scratch card. Please scratch the entire area to find the game download code.
