Scratched off my ACU code. Oops.

I received an XBox One Assassin's Creed bundle for Christmas. When I scratched off the card to reveal the codes for Black Flag and Unity, I scratched a bit too hard and removed about 10 digits out of the middle of the code for Unity, so I can't read it
to redeem it. The code for Black Flag was readable, so I have downloaded it sucessfully. Is there a way to get a new code? or obtain the missing digits? I'd like to email someone rather than waiting on hold on the phone or chat.

Redeem prepaid codes

I have exactly the same problem, my son scratched the silver panel off and scratched the first part of the code off, there is a bar code & number on the card so surely this can be retrieved???

if you got the code at a store take it back and tell them but if it was a code from microsoft you might need to contact support over this issue
