    Hi my xbox name is and I had just bought a $25 xbox gift card and can not read the code well enough to redeem it because I had scratched it too hard. Is there any other way that I could redeem it?

    Did you buy the gift card or receive it from someone else?

    If you got it, then I would suggest try contacting the retailer to see if they will do anything about it. If someone else got it for you, then the receipt should help (assuming they still have it).

    If all else fails, try contacting Xbox Support to see if they can do anything for you.
