Scorpio Edition - Ordered in August, Now Dec, still not working, still not received back

So I pre-ordered a Xbox One X Scorpio Edition.

Out the box, and I couldn't even use it. The supplied controller did not sync. My old controllers would not sync. Only a single wired connection. Brand new, very expensive, latest technology machine, and it cant even do the fundamentals.

I sent it for repair immediately. Received 4 days later, and then 10 days from then, been told that the repairs have not begun on it yet, and there is no timeline that can be given as to how long the repairs will take.



Needless to say I am loyal Microsoft customer, expecting to be one of the first people to have the new X-box X. And the reality is, now coming up to a month after its release, no one knows when I will actually get it. To say I am disappointed is understatement.



This matter is very frustrating and annoying. I was very calm and understanding when the issue first happened, but the fact that no timeline can be given, and in all this time the console has been with you, no one has even looked at it … well, I don’t need
to explain what I think about that.



I need this matter expedited please. It really is unacceptable to first be selling faulty equipment to your customers, and then to expect them to wait endlessly for something I spent hundreds of dollars on, and no fault of my own.



Really is pathetic ... At this point, who knows if I will my kids will be able to play with it by Christmas, considering its something that I ordered in Q3.... no big deal at Microsoft I guess... they would love to know that I would be forced to buy another
for Christmas.

Never received halo wars definitive edition code

I digitally pre ordered the ultimate edition on Dec 21st and still have not received definitive edition code. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Still not recieved my Halo Wars Definitive Edition code.

I pre-ordered my Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition via Microsoft store on the 7th of Dec, and have still not received my code for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Any idea on the ETA?
