Scorekeeping really sucks

Same here! I had a time of 1:30 or something like that with two challenges left. When I went to finish them this morning, my time had jumped to over 15 hours. Really?? I would have been in the top 10 in my group too.

I kept getting the message that Microsoft had trouble connecting to the service yesterday, but I don't think that could be the problem.

From what I saw, there was only one real quickscope in there. Besides, if a qscoper confounds anyone, they suck. I mean, really, really suck. No, I mean REALLY suck. Did I mention they suck?

It sucks that you think about it that way, but i'm afraid that's just how it is.

Halo 4 wasn't 'too bad' considering it was 343i's debut for the series, but I wasn't that impressed with it.

I'm hoping that the 'worst' they'll do is have us play as both Locke and MC, similar to the way we played as Arbiter in H2. That would be [just] tolerable for me, I guess. But some of the latest trailers aren't doing anything to get me excited... in fact
they're doing the opposite. The whole Nightfall depiction of Locke is that of a person who gets the job done no matter what, but at least has enough character to want to understand the whole situation and do what's right and best for all, if at all possible.
At least that's my take on it.

The new videos, one from each [Locke's and MC's] perspective don't show me the Locke I've come to know (albeit I don't know a whole lot). His dialogue just seems to have a lot more 'yes man' mentality than I expected.

As it stands right now, if they were to release no more info, trailers or ads, until the game came out, it would be the first Halo in the series that I won't be pre ordering until I see how well received it is by others.

Sorry 343, unless my perception of the whole "Locke vs Chief" aspect solidifies more before launch... I'm not biting. I want to play Halo, not 'guess who', when it comes to a character I'll be playing as.

It is a serious problem. To bad parents buy these mature games for their kids in the first place. That right there would cut out prob a good chunk of the abusive and immature community. there should be a way to have a vocal ban on immature accounts. I know
you can mute individual accounts but there should be some filter catching this stuff when it comes to underage gamers. If your an adult you should know better and if not filter time lol. I seem to enjoy parties more then using in game chat since its better
quality and also you don't have to hear little kids run their mouths. nothing funnier then a single kid talking to him self and no one else can hear him when everyone else is in a party lol.

Like others have said as well there are better gamers out there but they are harder to find these days. Good rule to follow is look at their profile and if they don't even have a 1 year account they prob are pretty new and are bound to be trouble. or if
they just have COD achievements lol. there is hope out there though find a fun group of people on here that care about gaming and having a good time
