Scoreboards ruined by modded scores already.

Is anyone else annoyed that they have payed £429 for a console only to now have to put up with the same scum who ruined call of duty on the 360 by modding?

Also are these scum ruining matchmaking with cheats?

The 360 version of COD has been totally ruined by modders and now I fears the the xbox one version will be the same.

Custom controllers!

Custom controller are visually cool but seriously... DON'T MOD. It takes all the fun out of a game and gives you a ridiculous advantage that ruins it for everyone else. You are not better than anyone if you use mods. The scoreboard may say otherwise, but you are a cheater to me if you use a mod.

 

Stats and Leaderboards

I personally hate leaderboards.

The only thing they prove is who is the best modder, glitcher and cheater.

On the 360 there are absolutely no leaderboards that are genuine. Usually to top few thousand scores are fake.

In COD to top few thousand scores are modded. Even the xbox one version has modded scoreboards.

I was glad when I saw there was no leaderboards in Titanfall. As leaderboards will mean those same type of people who think they are awesome having modded scrores on the top of the leaderboard will ruin titanfall by cheating.

 

I haven't been on in two days but that last time I was, HC Search wasn't modded yet. I was 700 or so in the world, which is basically playing it for 24 hours or so, not being overly great, just good. But I played against legit 2, 6, 23, 25, 27 in the world
as well. So maybe they are keeping up with it, they just got a bit behind.

Even still, if they did mod the leaderboards, does that really effect how you play the game or do you play because you enjoy it? Just a thought. By the way, I couldn't tell you what I was ranked in ops 2 or MW3 or any of the others. Why, because when the
new game comes out, it no longer matters. So just play the game and have fun for the next 9 months.

 

Also the leaderboards are controlled and monitored by Activision not Microsoft. I cannot sy I ever have run into a hacker or modder yet.

 

leaderboards are a big thing for alot of us, used to luv seeing my name on there and how i compared to people all over the world, that was half the game for me

 

^^Leaderboards are still there. If you arent "high" enough on them, try harder or play more.

 

uneasy the boring meaningless stuff you come out with is just ridiculous, back on topic...only thing you can do is keep scrolling til you think you find the last hacker then compare them from there

 

^^You are WRONG. That is NOT "the only thing you can do". You can filter through leaderboards and compare with lobbies and FRIENDS, which is all that matters anyways to most.
