    Score & Puzzle Status Not updating from Laptop to XBox Live account


    My Score and Puzzle Status on my Laptop is not updating to my XBox Live account.

    When I load Jigsaw on my desktop, or my second laptop, the score shows the same value but this is over 200,000 coins below that of my main laptop.

    I have reset Jigsaw on my Desktop and this allows me to download the puzzles I bought prior to the sync issue but not the puzzles bought since the problem started.

    Trying to update Xbox live but its not letting be update without receiving a status code error. Cant log into my Xbox live at all without updating Xbox live account.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.
