Score one for Xbox Support!

Had a $10 charge out of the blue, had it quickly taken care of. The guy said he has no idea where it even came from. Makes me want to go back through my statements to see if there were any more of these charges.

Xbox Live has been having too many issues lately

We'll have to agree now my gamer score has gone to zero for no reason no restrictions according to xbox live support but yet no help either was about to buy xbox one but after spending 10yrs getting a gamer score over 102.000 then it gets a bit demoralising
ps4 here we come

I will give support kudos in this arena. Someone hacked my Live account about 2 years back and they caught it right away. Only issue was that they could never get my account fixed properly to where all I can do is use Points cards now.

I have to admit that even though live was down on xmas, the support twitter page was updated all day and it seems like a lot of people were working their butts off on xmas day. Must have been the worst xmas ever tp be working.

I have dealt with many issues with X1, one included sending back original X1 bought last Thanksgiving (2013) and the optical drive was defective - a well known issue for earlier X1's. Customer service was great and has been everytime I talk with them. It
also helps to remain calm and be adult about the situation which so far has worked. Their customer service has been great !
