Score loss

What can you always do is reach out to Activision support since Xbox will not have the grounds to reverse a move by Activision. If you would like a pretty fast reply, I suggest going on to @ActivisionSupport twitter account and reaching out to them.

Recently I was thrown into a lobby where someone was using the speed mod infection hack and was banned until they reversed the ban for me.

Sorry to hear it. When you come upon a room that someone has modded you should immediately back out and restart your console.

This kind of mod is very common and will prevent you from hopping online in multiplayer matches now unless you are invited. Activision could fix it if they wanted and many people have tried contacting them to no avail.

Unfortunately though Activision is your only avenue of contact regarding your in game score. In the meantime, if you know the party(s) involved in the modding you should report them using your dashboard reporting tools. Go to their bio and select File
Complaint then follow the instructions provided. The report will go to the PET for them to investigate and take the necessary action on.

Wait a few hours and see if it will come back on its own. Alternatively you can also add and remove your account to kickstart the process. Finally, it can also be due to the fact that Xbox Enforcement reset your gamer score due to modifying it, in which
