Die xbox one fährt zwar hoch, aber keine Bild zum Fernseher.
....... Kabels sins alle in Ordnung .... Was kann ich tun? Kan ja ohne Bild nix einstellen geschweige noch.
Die xbox zurückzusetzen ..... Hat jemand eine Idee oder doch die Konsole im *Removed*?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble with getting your display to show an image is that right? Have you tried different Input slots on the back of the TV or a different HDMI cable altogether.

verschiedene Kabel etc. probiert . man merkt am TV wenn Xbox an und aus geht aber immer nur schwarzes Bild . auf PC wird angezeigt das alles tiptop ist .

hi, wie schon gesagt... habe alle möglichkeiten ausprobiert mit telefonischen Support. Mir wurde gesagt Xbox tauschen da Laufwerk eventuell Defekt. Die neue Xbox angeschlossen und Direkt versucht Jurassic World ind 4k zu starten. Die Blu-ray-app wurde Automatisch
Installiert. Blu-ray-app startet kurz und danach schwarzes Bild. Xbox reagiert nicht mehr und ich muss X Button für 10 sec. drücken um die Xbox neu zu starten.
