Schermo verde della morte

Ciao ragazzi, ho acquistato la mia console circa un anno fa da un amico che non ne faceva più uso avendo comprato la nuova versione. Non ho mai avuto problemi fino a qualche giorno fa quando l'ho accesa e si è bloccata sulla schermata verde di avvio. Le
ho provate di tutte, dal reset, allo staccare e ricollegare i cavi, all'aggiornamento tramite dispositivo usb formattato appositamente. Devo dire che questi metodi hanno funzionato ma solo per l'uso momentaneo perché quando sono andata a spegnere e riaccendere
la console questa si bloccava di nuovo sulla schermata verde. Ho provato di nuovo ad utilizzare le varie procedure ma non funziona nulla. Questa volta non riesco in nessun modo a farla ripartire. Si blocca e rimane li finché non forzo lo spegnimento. Cosa
mi consigliate di fare? Dovrei portarla a far vedere? Quanto mi costerebbe una riparazione?

SCHERMO VERDE

After having used the console for 20 minutes and switched off, when I tried to play again I got a green screen and no dashboard, everything is blocked couldn't use anything....

Dopo aver giocato per 20 minuti ho riacceso l'xbox one x ma nulla...rimane una schermata verde senza poter fare nulla....

repair/warranty options for the console since those steps did not help with the console being stuck on the green startup screen.
