    1. I read that there was a problem with some achievements not unlocking, and being required to delete your save file if you want to unlock them. Was this fixed in a patch?

    They aren't completely unobtainable, but they might not unlock even if you fulfil their requirements. If this happens, I'd have to delete my save file and start over.

    Thanks everyone! Now I only have question one left.

    For more information, the achievements for answering 10 questions in any category (one for each) and there's a chance that it won't unlock, thus necessitating deleting your save and starting a new one... But the only thing that references this glitch is
    the achievement guide.

    I haven't had any problems unlocking achievements in the past. There is no tracker in the game which makes it hard to know if youve satisfied the requirements for achievements.
