Scatched Off Code For my Xbox One Limited Edition Halo 5 Game

Hi Guys,

Purchased the limited edition 1TB Xbox One and got a limited edition Xbox One version of Halo 5... I accidently scratched off the last 2/3 characters in and the first 5 characters and scratched off the 1st character in the 2nd set of 5 characters.. There
doesn't seem to be any QR code or anything which I could get scanned elsewhere... Is there anything I can do? This is so frustrating.... Is there some pattern in these code when it comes to numbers/letters?

I can't even return the xbox as I bought it from a private seller on ebay... Any suggestions anyone?

Halo 5 DLC not showing up in download.

Anyway, I pre-ordered the Halo 5 Limited Edition bundle from Gamestop and I received it yesterday.

I entered in the codes for everything featured in the limited edition (FOTUS armor, Warzone REQ, Gamestop additional things, etc.)

It was then in my download queue, saying it'll download after Halo 5 finishes downloading. I then turned off my Xbox One.

I checked my Xbox One again the next day, but only Halo 5 is in the queue. The DLC and pre-order bonuses are not showing in the download queue.

Could this be because it is already downloaded? How can I check?

The code says it's been already used if I try to type it in again.

Fyi the reason they are doing this is because you got a prepaid to predownload it with the collectors edition rather then a disk

The limited edition is a disk copy vs the collectors was a code with physical items like the guardian etc

Other than trying to guess the numbers there's not a lot you can do.

There's nothing chat/phone support can do.

Unless you know the full code they can't help in any way.

They wont just give you a new code to redeem.
