TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:  I HAVE BEEN ROBBED AND SCAMMED BY A COMPANY , who keeps changing the name, but left the same contact information , location on the contact us page.. advertising microsoft affiliate , and google xbox one x/s
on sale i gguarantee its the same scammers if the product is $100.. coolplayset.com was the one who got me and i was charged , and recejved a confirmation email with order number.. after some weeks went but i emailed *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.. and obviously no one answered
as i was looking to track my order with the number.. no response to the email.. so i had to break the news to my son and nephew .. their xbox one s that they had for awhile was recently stolen and sold to game stop around a year or so ago.. i dusted off old
rusty(the original xboxone) and luckily it works.. but these guys can only get a game each to download if they r lucky given the amount of mb ..I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MICROSOFT XBOX (switched from ps3 to xbox 360 after getting the ring of death back then).
.. SINCE THE BEGINNING.. a monthly SUBSCRIBER TO LIVE, game pass, and whe. I get this new system , ea sports.. IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU GUYS can do to help out that would be great if not , lets shut down these sites..HOW COULD MICROSOFT ALLOW COMPANIES TO
ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS AND STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERs?  Attached is the most recent thT i seen woth the same contact information as the company who stole from me.. TODAY I JUST SEEN A WHOLE DIFFERENT SET UP AND CONTACT INFORMATION WITH THE SAME ADS

Yes, xTye, that seems rational. I don't understand why onyx62is said it's perfectly possible for a code to be already used.

As far as I see it, he is indeed a scammer and he deserves the negative feedback. He didn't tell me no one else knows the code though, he just told me "So what, it's used. It happens".

I am hoping to get an answer from the Microsoft Development Team and/or affiliated.

if it is redeemed then there must be a record of who used when this one code was used right? i still have the code and i potentially have the scammers microsoft account's email though i know this isnt of much use. plus i have a time stamp of when the scammer tried to enter the codes. shoudlnt that give a hint or be of help?
