Look here, look Listen. seriously listen this person everyday keeps adding me and a 1,000 other people with different gamertags all starting with sexual refrences wether its sexygirl with a bunch of random numbers or sexformoney
and numbers or anything

That a [Mod Removed – Profanity] kid whos going through puberty will jump on, dont delete my stuff because thats not the actual gamertag its just examples of what they use!!!! It doesnt matter if we all
report the gamertag they keep making new ones everyday, until you actually take action and console ban them or i.p ban them it wont stop. I had to also go through a lot of
[Mod Removed – Profanity] because this person was trying to call support using info like our location real name ect to call support and claim they forgot the info a scam since xbox 360. All you have to do is check the persons account
if i did provide the actual GT That this person is taking advantage of kids. They post on there activity feed with websites saying to click on them for nudes and other clear scams. Im tired of this person adding me everyday on new shill accounts and me instantly
blocking and reporting. Seriously this violates every code of conduct rule and until you guys listen people will keep getting played by these scammers

Microsoft has the right to ban your account for AT LEAST 7-14 days. Creating a sexist gamer picture pretending to be a girl when your not one, is against the rules. Sure you may pretend to be a girl if you want..... but sexist? Do you put a sexist girl on
your CV profile or Driver License or Passport? Microsoft is a reputable company, and they have standards and rules. Just like governments have rules. To govern our behavior and bring it in line with healthy wholesome standards. You do the crime, you do the
time.

there really isn't any service that allows gifting because of the potiential abuse because people dont properly protect their accounts

its makes recovery of money alot harder

thats why if you are doing shaddy things like exchanging money you do it on your own with a etailer and take the risk yourself if you get scamed

it is against the rules to exchanges things also it takes up more work for the enforcement team



thats why you use etailers as gifting is not supported on most consoles there is only one console gifting just leads to more scams or making it easier to scam



sorry but i rather not make it easier for scammers and phishers to make money off stealing accounts

 

Posting on the forums here will do nothing to address your concern. If you see something that is against the code of conduct then use your console reporting function to report the message, club or activity feed post. If the enforcement team agrees that
the activity is inappropriate then they will act accordingly.

 

It honestly feels like some of you ambassandors dont fully read or care what we have to say, clearly you didnt read that they keep making new accounts and that reporting the profile will result in them making a new one and starting over. Did you attach

Nothing in my reply to you was offensive. I'm sorry if you felt it was offensive however it was a very matter of fact statement of what you have to do to address the issue.

FYI, it would be easier for us to read your posts if you separate your text into paragraphs instead of making a big wall of text.

Ambassadors are volunteers who try to help out on the forums based on their experiences. We have no ability to help you out beyond the guidance provided in our posts. We can't contact enforcement or support team members on your behalf.

AFAIK, the Enforcement team does NOT read forum postings here so posting about your experience will not help you address your issue which is why I wrote that you should use your console reporting function.

Its hard to make well written paragraphs from the xbox console. half the time it deletes or messes up the entire message. i appreciate this response much more. Im not easily offended, but it just felt like the first sentence came off
as tough luck, and who cares we aint gonna do nothing. But you are very kind to reply again Ty. Is there a phone number to call where i can actually provide details and evidence that the same person keeps doing it even when action is taken?

 

Is there any way if i send you evidence privatly you can help me take action? if you feel i have legitimate evidence. Maybe you can send in the proof the person is abusing and scamming people.

If you want to report a specific message, you can actually report THAT message directly to Enforcement. Go through your message history on your console until you find the offending message. Highlight it and you should see an option to report the message.
You can also simply report the offending user, and Microsoft will be able to review the messages they sent you.

Yes, such messages are annoying, and you absolutely should report them. These do happen in waves every several months, and like before, it will drop before it increases again in a few months and Microsoft stops THAT wave.

 

I'm sorry but I'm unaware of a phone number that you can use to contact the enforcement team. You could try including your phone number in the details that you report and the enforcement team MAY call you if they need to discuss your issue beyond any evidence
that is automatically collected by the Xbox systems.

Apart from being an Xbox Ambassador, I am just a regular Xbox user like you so I won't be able to help you out further even if you were to send me anything privately. I wish you well in trying to resolve your issue however the console report function is
the only Xbox tool that you can use to effect change if the enforcement team finds inappropriate activity.

there nothing much we can do you have did the right thing reporting it and Enforcement team will review your complaint. to keep your self safe don't reply to any people who you don't know and change your settings only your friends can talk to you.
