I tried selling my rocket league items because I don’t play anymore and the person I was selling to “IVIR CLuTcH It1” used a pre used code and gave me nothing for my £100 worth of items, not sure what to do from here.

As long as you've filed a complaint on him, that will go directly to the enforcement team and after they have investigated the complaint they will take the appropriate action which will probably be a banning.

Also, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forum.

I will not retrieve the key, i will that they block the key and maybe block the user that he will never do this again to other users. Additionally i will not pay money for the support.

 

If you haven't already, you can file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him (calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums), but it is against the code of conduct to use the service for commercial
services like that so you would also be at fault.
