Scammer/Spammer Please ban this player

Gamertag "A Host Dino" Is flooding rocket league global chat with messages about me getting really rare items. This is a HOAX and SCAM. He's doing that to get people to spam message me as part of his vendetta against me. In addition he's harassing me from
his smurf "Philiyos" and a number of other smurfs. He's also gotten to the extent of harassing me on my cellphone and messaging my girlfriend on her gamertag. This Toxic troll doesn't deserve to be a part of the xbox community or the rocket league community.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

What makes you think the spammers are not being banned too?

How often do you get the spam from the same account?

The spammers use fake silver accounts and are banned as quick as anyone else when caught.

The only problem is they just create another account and continue spamming.

Sending offensive messages to anyone on live will get you a ban, no matter if you are responding to spammers or not.

Although i understand your concern, there i however a provision in the ToS that states that players under the age of 13 should be supervised by an adult while playing.

Really, is what they are praying on is the young and gullible that do not have any supervision, like they should. Xbox does ban scammers on a daily basis, along with console ban for them as well. But, just like the Nigerian Prince emails and such, stopping
scammers start at education and supervision.

Wait, hold on. You telling me it's against the guidelines of Xbox of a player warning and help the prevention of a scammer that is trying get $100 out of players. Surely you do have guidelines that help prevent scammers to ensure safety of players. So I helped enforce your guidelines against scammers when I helped make a post to bring awareness and prevention to fellow gamers of a scammer. Yet I got punished for that?

I did not insult with slang, harassed, or even use aggression. I called them out to the public to bring awareness of the potential harm that could happen to them. If I am to be punished for helping my fellow gamers, then who are you protecting. The community or the scammer?
