    Some random user messaged me asking if i wanted free in game currency. I replied with “Wha..?”. A few messages later he aksed me for my account credentials. I did cuss at him but he used my profanity to get me soft banned from messaging. How?!?! He’s out
    there scamming people and im just playing my favorite game, trading items with people which REQUIRES messaging, and with a few clicks he has me soft banned.....WHAT?!?!?!

    Please it is a rule to never retaliate with anything that can get you reported or banned. Enforcement does not differentiate they must uphold ToS on ALL things. Best thing to do in those situations is report them for harassment and block the user.

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct (which profanity does) you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block them instead of responding.

    i be got scammed by: DirtyWolf12. can you turn off code: FTGMW-36MTV-99DDQ-2HGPF-RTQQZ i bye Fortnite 149,90e version, where i got 2 friend code.. i do not want money or code back.. only i want, that scammed code off or lisens off.. not very mutch to ask..

    We can't ban anyone here on the forums. In order to file a complaint you would need to pull up their profile on your console and select report, see more here.

    Mentioning others gamertags "Name and shame" is not allowed on the forums
