Scammer account how to report

Hi guys so i just brought what i thought was a digital download from ebay (not the best move i know)

Turns out the guy is not selling marketplace codes but instead linking you up to a shared account. Is this even allowed?

Sounds all a bit shady. Can someone confirm if this is allowed?

I have cancelled my order with him and got a refund but wonder if i should report it.

Apparently Fifa 12 has nothing to do with how these guys are getting account information. I know this doesn't really help you at the moment, but this is an interesting read on how they are accessing accounts:

I looked there and it wants their gamertag, all i have is his e-mail for the account.

I can even send the correspondence i have got from him confirming what i have said. I just dont know how to report it

The person in question is violating the Terms of Service Agreement.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure it's possible to report someone's email.

I'm glad you got your refund! If possible, you can try reporting the Ebay account in question.
