    Hello! This morning, my brother got scammed into buying an account he has little to none experience when it comes to online transaction. Basically what happaned is he paid and got blocked by the user. I request this person to be perma banned. I think this
    is ok since it is on Xbox agreement or sort am I right? For the proofs, I think mods can have a more private connection for me to pass the pictures... I really dont want to post that on public.

    The account that supposedly use to scam has the gamertag is of TitaniumDrago14
