Scammed when i bought GTA 5 online did not recive product.

About 2.5 weeks ago a bought the GTA 5 + cash sharck card from the Xbox one online store.

I never recived the Bullsharck cash card into my acount.

I have been emialing rockstar support back and forth for now 2.5 weeks trying to get my product. But they are just keep driving me around in circles without delivering to me.

I have E-mailed them screenshot of my purchase history.

I have Tryed to reboot my Xbox one several times.

I have tried to reinstall the game several times.

I have already played a bit into the history, wich was suggested to do.

After about 2.5 weeks i requested i want my money back. Since i did not recive the product i bought. I think its only resonable i dont pay for something wich i dident recive.

The support are not very helpfull. They are just ignoring my request and keep sugesting me to do the same thing over and over. Im kinda run into a dead end here.

For me its more a princip, I just dont think it can be right and fair that a big company can just take the customers money without delivering the product the customer bought.

All i can comclude is that i will never in my life again by a GTA game or any other product from Rockstar games. I will also advice anyone i know to stay clear of that company.

You weren't scammed intentionally anyway. Nothing is reliable anymore. People mistakes are through the roof. No one is on the same page. Now as we've seen with TMCC, walking in and buying a physical product doesn't even guarantee a working product.

 

I don't believe that you were scammed. Why does a company that has an operating income of $400+ Million need your (guessing roughly 60$). Or for that matter the few that you will spread the word around to.

The Internet is not always reliable. Something bugged during your transaction. While I have never personally had issues with Xbox support, they have always come through for me and my inner circle with refunds and going through transactions again to make
sure I have the product I purchased.

From my understanding, the Bull Shark card gives you money for the online portion of the game. According to your gamertag, you haven't started Online play yet. You haven't been scammed, you just thought you bought something different than what you purchased.

 

Yup Bullshark cards are for online only (a quick google confirmed it to me within 10 seconds). Check there before you make yourself look lik (even more) of an idiot.

Sorry if i sound like an *** but you could have prevented the entire situation with a quick google. Why R* couldnt tell you this tho is beyond me.

 

It's threads like these that create such a sour taste on the forums. The OP is to blame for his own problems but yet he still has the gall to accuse someone of scamming him.
