    Hello, I was looking for help for XBox pass pc for Mercenaries 5.

    Got in touch with somebody from the main website to help and the discussion has been going on for a couple of days.

    I was receiving emails with a link to continue discussing about my issue to this kind of link:

    https://microsoft-rtm.directly.com/index.html

    and I said to myself "ok they're relying on an external company using a portal to manage request"

    Then the guy gave me this link:

    http://fixers.onlinewebshop.net/2072-fix-errors-lags-crash-game.html

    some weird text in there a few swearing words

    The main domain is weird, a "airy pet" website with a few lorem ipsum as a WIP website

    the patch links to http://game01-com.ru/

    another weird thing...

    Now I've asked the support guy to prove he's from MS support.

    Is this legit? Doesn't look like it.

    Any opinion how this might have happened from a ms support?

    Got screenshots for everything...

    How do you think they might have infiltrated into a ms support thread?
    It's the "Chat with an Expert Gamer" not official support. There is an option for support chat through the contact site, but it specifically states it is support.

    you were not speaking with a legit microsoft support employee thats for sure, some of those links are to russian domains. did you give any information, if so get your account password changed immediately.

    Unfortunately what you're saying is not a real thing. If you've been a victim of fraud they could see that. I would guess it's someone you know that has access to your info or devices.
