    Only you can report this person.Asking other people to report them could get you into trouble & anyone reporting someone they have not encountered online can get them into trouble for abuse of the reporting system.

    20 hours if you rush maybe... I'd say more like 30-35 hour.

    Certainly worth 40 bucks. I got it when it was full price and purchased the DLC and I don't regret any of those dollars spent.

    It's really a terrible quest. The items you turn in are worth more than the rewards for the quest. Kind of a scam. Only good that comes of it is that it gets the quest out of your "to do" list.
