Scammed by Xbox ambassador

not reading the finer details i need my 1 month subscription refunded as i already had 12 months on my account thinkin ? They were helping me i handed over my card details now my account is overdrawn 239 dollars trnsfered he rest of my money blocked my
card and tjen the bank informs me that thwy tryed to take anoth 12i anyone else been scammed by the xbox ambassadors?

I have contacted someone who is higher up and they said they would take a peek into what happened in the morning as it is late at the moment. I hope you get your problem resolved and I hope you know that, that was one person and
does not reflect on ambassadors as a whole. Again I'm terribly sorry this happened to you and I hope they are able to fix this for you

It seems very strange, Ambassador don't never asks for credentials. Are you sure he's an Ambassador? Anyway, contact
support immediately to explain what happened.

 

It does seem very strange for an ambassador to do this they said they were helping me with refunding me for the extra month subscription I put onto my account. I was wanting to play fortnite and said I need xbox live and I already had 12 month sub set up.
So when I was ask for my details so they could refund me my extra month I didn't hesitate since it was on the xbox site and I was talking to an ambassador with my gamertag link etc. at the end of the convocation I ask for a reference code they said it would
be emailed to me with what was discussed. I havnt receiced any email and no sooner I finished with them I checked my bank account and 239.83 cent spent somewhere in CA and if I didn't transfer it to my other account another 128 would have been taken also.
Anyone got any idea on where I need to contact for further help. Since it was on the live chat feed on the website and I was logged into my gamertag they should be able to find the convosation I had with this ambassador?
