    scammed by [Mod Removed]... beware my 10 yr old was glitched by this gamer. They where doing a trade and after my son sent him his packs/cions he was sent a message calling him a sucker. then was blocked and
    [Mod Removed]left party. He also did this to my sons friend the same day! i understand my son should of been of known better by this is not right!

    You will need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate and take action. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Sorry to hear that your son and his friend were subject to this. No, it is not right and it is not fair. Unfortunately, there are users that will go around the service and disrupt other peoples fun. The best thing to do is to educate your son on how to file
    a complaint against another player, this will send a report off to the PET (Enforcement Team) who will look into the report and take the appropriate action necessary once they reach a conclusion to their investigation.



    It will also help to block communications, mute and avoid these sorts of players too. This will prevent further communication and make it very less likely that your son will be placed in online gameplay with them again.



    You can access these tools via a players profile.

    If you feel that an Xbox Live player has violated the Xbox Live Code of Conduct , you can file a complaint against that player. This
    page     describes how. You are going to have to use the tools on your Xbox 360 console. You can File a complaint against another Xbox Live player and you can also Mute, block, or avoid other players on Xbox Live and Submit
