Scammed by Microsoft...

So... just sharing what I sent the feedback bit and will be sharing where I can because I have no idea how to proceed.

I was recently double charged for a purchase which pushed me into an informal overdraft... The erroneous charge has since been sorted. But that is just the start of my issue. I purchased an original Xbox title, a 360 title and DLC for said 360 game and its sequel. Despite paying £49.91, I only had access to the original Xbox title. Around 16% of the overall charge. I tried to request a refund and only 3 of the 8 parts of the bulk purchase were issued a refund, which is bad anyway... But my emails show only 1 piece of DLC was refunded, so far only the cash for that 1 DLC pack is in my bank (£6.79 / about 15.5% of the overall purchase). As well as that rubbish, I received a threatening email along with the first refund threatening that they could temporarily or permanently suspend my account for false refund requests... I managed to get a call back from a lovely bloke who said that the woman who sent the delightful email was VERY WRONG in sending that, and assured me I would get a refund if I sent in a refund request form no questions asked. Well, I sent in the request, and got a denial back. Oh, and the last email said I can't request anymore refunds now. So that is great. I will be sharing this on social media, and what not. I will get my cash back one way or another. But right now its more the principal that a mega corporation essentially stole cash from a lad in the north of England who doesn't have a lot of money... it sucks. GET IT SORTED. I will make up a bit of the cash by selling my Xbox Series S anyway.

I don't think I will get any help, just needed to vent... And I can't be the only one in this situation.
