    So my friend got recently scammed and they locked her out if her account and changed the email and stuff. Is there anyway to get the account back as she has over €300 spent on games and over 100hrs in the games and has open credit cards on it. (I got the
    email of the person who has the acc atm, if thats any help)

    Thank you for the update. In this case we highly recommend she request a callback from an agent to continue the process of recovering her account. If she is unable to recover the account on her own using the link provided in my first response, then contacting
    an agent would be the best course of action.

    Shes currently trying to go through the steps on regaining her account but all of her personal information has been removed such as her name &phone number and she isn't getting verified that she own the account

    I am just a gamer like yourself. Chances are the support rep in chat just sent you here because there was nothing they could do and they are with Microsoft. You have created a difficult situation for yourself and from what I read it appears to be with
    EA not Microsoft. You can hang out here and wait to see if anyone comes by that can help but I am afraid you are wasting your time. Good Luck!
