A rundown on my situation, I was scammed in rocket league trading yesterday... very unfortunate, but I have reported the player. hopefully he will face some consequences, but unfortunately we as players are never allowed to know what the outcome will be
for such people because only the account holder and the enforcement team has that info. I am mift at losing items but even more so FOR BEING REPORTED after calling him a “scamming piece of s$&@“ as anyone who has been scammed would understand this outburst,
the problem now is that my ban is for 24 hours (communication) but because it is so short it cannot be reviewed and no one in xbox support will give contact details to xbox enforcement, who are the only people who could do anything about the situation. I feel
let down by xbox as trying to rectify this ordeal has gone nowhere and the right channels will not hear this. 24hr bans need reviewing in cases like this, this scammer is still posting trades and luring people in most likely, yet I will never hear his outcome

why would 24hour bans be review able you already admitted to the offence

Retaliation isn't allowed

Also investigations take 48hours to 72 hours to complete what use would a 24hour investigation would be?

They do have case loads

You don't know the results as one it's a privacy violation it is only between them and the enforcement team you have NO business in the results

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Unfortunately due to how short the ban is, 24hr bans cannot be reviewed. Generally by the time the case would be reviewed, the ban would already be lifted thus they are not eligible for review.
