Scam messages on xbox live and 2 weeks Ban

Hi, i have a big problem, yesterday i was playing gta v and 1 person start sending me messages of Money Lobby and that stupid thing in the games (hackers,glitters,etc.)

and i responde him whit a Invite me (i didn't know whats a money lobby, now i know) after that he send me a message telling me that he will ban me for asking to get money and all that things, i respond him that sorry and i didn't know about that, after some
time he write a message telling me, you seem be a nice person I will forget about this, and after that message he told me to pay him
£10, i respond him telling that i don't have money and he told me tomorrow and i respond him another time that i don't have money, today im banned and i will unbanned 1/09/2014, i want to ask for unban me because i didn't do anything bad i just
was waiting for my friends to play and today i have the message of banned for a period of time, please unban me i didn't done anything bad please, go check my profile and read the messages please (Gamertag:

COMMUNICATIONS BAN ON 16TH NOW LIVE BAN ON THE 20TH WHATS GOING ON?

SO GOT A COMMUNICATIONS BAN ON THE 16TH I THINK FOR DOING THE NORMAL THING AND RESPONDING TO SOMEONE SWEARING AT ME ON MESSAGE THEN ON THE 20TH GOT A XBOX LIVE BAN FOR SUPPOSED HARASSMENT AND THREATENING AND IVE NEVER HARASSED OR THREATENED SOMEONE ON XBOX

SO OVER ALL GOT 2 BANS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME FOR 2 WEEKS AND MY 7TH BAN OVER MOSTLY FOR COMMUNICATIONS BUT SERIOUSLY WHATS WITH THE 2 BANS IN 4 DAYS WHEN I LITERALLY HAVE STOPPED SWEARING OR SAYING ANYTHING IN MESSAGES FOR THE LAST YEAR

I have anger problems and let it out through messages ive been banned 6 times currently and im scared the next ban is a parma ban because the latest ban was for repeated behavior and so ive been suspended from all xbox live features for 2 weeks please help

There is no appeal process for bans. The enforcement team does not issue bans without proof.

 

"The enforcement team does not issue bans without proof" Now that is a total lie, I have been banned for 2 weeks for nothing! I was in GTA 5 lobby when a hackers distributed cash I tried to email Microsoft but they never replied, now I am banned because
Microsoft can not control hackers. Disgusting actions from Microsoft I will be cancelling my subscription and encouraging many more people to do the same and move to Playstation!
