Says to sign in with the account who purchased the game...and I've Always been the ONLY ...

As long as you are signed into the account that you made the purchases with you should always be able to play the games that you purchased. As long as there is not an outage.

The only thing that the home xbox does is allow other profiles on that console who did not purchase the game to play your games.

When i sign in with the my profile, it says I am signed into live. I can access the game store, but can not purchase any games, as that says I am not signed into the live account.

When I click sign in, it loads a page with my avatar and that page says I am signed in.

The only options at that point are to "Close" or "Sign out". It will not let proceed with purchasing any games.

So which is it? Am I signed in or am I signed out.

Right now there is only one profile on the 360 with a live account. But it does not seem to recognize that fact.

I've done this many times. I always find it easier to pay for games on my PC. Just sign into your Microsoft account on your phone or computer and purchase games that way... should work fine 😉

Hello Manuela, I've been trying to use this interactive form but its to no use. So thats it my account is gone? My minecraft account is gone?

They tell me to sign in from the same location I've almost always been signing in at and the account I am using is still here on my laptop.

I downloaded my games and haven't been able to load them after.

I keep getting the message "installation is almost done: if you have a game disc, please insert it now. otherwise, make sure the person who purchased this is signed in to Xbox Live, then choose finish"

I am the only one signed it, only account on my Xbox, and it doesn't give me the Finish option.
