    Im mad because i cant put any sort of gold on my new XBOX ONE S. it told me my 14 day trial was correct, but under the entry bar it said "you are now being redirected to microsoft security"

    It doesnt make sense, HELP?!?!

    Xbox One Says I Don't Have a Gold Membership

    It says that I don't have a gold membership when I go onto a game, but when I enter a trial code in it tells me that I do have a gold membership. Any ideas?

    CANT GET XBOX LIVE TO WORK

    I tried getting on to play some multiplayer games and it tells me that i need to purchase xbox live gold membership. So i try to purchase it, it tells me that i already have the gold membership and it still wont let me play. I also tried my 14 day trial
    pass and its telling me that i have the gold also. Not sure what i can do to ply online again. Any suggestions???

    i activated a 14 day gold trial and i can't access multiplayer in any game

    Trials only give you limited access to some xbox live gold features.

    Some games require you to have a full gold membership & wont let you play on a trial.
    i used this type of trial before and it worked

    But this time it didn't

    In the site it doesn't say i have a trial under my subscriptions

    Only can see it in the console

    Hey I need help with this, I've been having the trial forever, I bought the regular Destiny: Taken King bundle, but when I redownloaded the trial version ( wont let me download any other copy of destiny) and when I'm in game , it tells me I'm still in trial
    mode. The bundle is useless. Help?!

    Well first thing is 14day trials arent actually gold membership and if you are trying to get games for gold it wont work

    In order to get full gold membership you actually need a paid membership

    14day trials only work for basic multiplayer and some options but usually only the game it was purchased with
