Says Not enough internal space

I am trying to download an update for COD. it says that I do not have enough internal space. I deleted all my games and I have like 640GB of free space, yet I am not able to download any game updates. I do not have an external hard drive, so it has
nothing to do with that.

power cycle the console couple of times, it helped me.

I did that and it didn't work. The only thing on my internal drive is that game , there is 600 something GB of free space. I keep getting the message that I don't have space

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having an issue with a game update. We recommend uninstalling the game completely. Once uninstalled

power cycle the console and then reinstall the game when the console is back on.
