    i redeemed a 3 month xbox live code but then a Microsoft error occurred so I tried the code again and it said it had already been used but that was obvious it was used by me. However I cannot get online and the code clearly hasn't worked

    rewards site showing me a free member

    I am a 1 month xbox live gold member, I redeemed the 1 month code just last week, on xbox.com it says I am a gold member but on xbox live rewards site it shows me a free member. My friend referred me to get gold and I did that by redeeming a 1 month code
    with in the time limit but I didn't got anything?

    Fallout 3 not received.

    I used my fallout 3 code on my xbox one and did not recieve the game. It has been over a month since I activated the code and tried to use it on the website instead but tells me it has already been redeemed.

    Stolen 3 month live code.

    No one ever gave me a support number, I still have the original receipt and the email with the second code. The promotion was buy 3 months get 3 months free in February. My biggest problem is as far as support was concerned was code has been redeemed too
    bad can't do anything. Doesn't seem to matter that whoever redeemed it didn't get it properly And when I brought that to her attention I was told thanks for calling have a nice day.

    I've been having this exact same issue. I put in the code. It recognizes that it's a prepaid 3 month live code. I hit "confirm" to redeem the code, and it says "sorry, try again later". Tried from my console and xbox.com. It was happening all weekend. I
    was planning on contacting customer support today, but I was checking my email this morning and noticed I got an email that said "confirmation of renewal" So I powered up my X1 and checked, sure enough, my Live has been extended by 3 months. Not sure what
    was going on there, but it was pretty annoying.

    Thanks 👍 twice I tried redeeming a code (3 months GPU) and both times my console froze. I was worried that after my initial attempt it would reject my code saying it had already been used! Anyway, I took your advice and redeemed it here online. It’s gone through now.
