    I am clearly not banned or you failed to tell me I was so I feel I should be unbanned as you guys failed to let me know for 2 weeks now. If not I'd like my games transferred over to different account.

    I was banned

    I was banned for two weeks and on 31 I was supposed to be unbanned but everytime I get on it says I'm still banned someone help

    Please try removing the account from the console,
    power cycle    , then re add the account to the console.

    Any information regarding suspensions and actions taken by the
    Xbox Live Enforcement     team will have been sent to you via email. If you have a separate contact email from your Microsoft account email, be sure you check both accounts for information.

    Beyond that, we don't have any further information to share on their behalf.
