    Hello. I was playing Xbox with some friends when all of the sudden I'm kicked out of my account. I log back on only to see I'm permanently suspended and I freaked out. I checked my enforcement to try and see the ban, but nothing pops up. I'm also incredibly confused - the email said how it was a ban from a report from someone, but I don't think I've ever said anything that worthy of a PERMANENT SUSPENSION - nonetheless I've only been banned once, and it was a communication ban for a single day. I can't request support or a case review because the suspension doesn't pop up in enforcement as I said, and whenever I try to submit a normal case, it just doesn't log me in so I literally can't. I'm worried as I've recently spent a lot of money on my Xbox from Christmas, and Xbox is one of my main ways to play with my friends and have some fun. If anyone can help, it'd be extremely appreciated. Thank you so much.

    None of us can find out why, xbox enforcement team is a joke.

    There is a specific way to send a message but they might not get back to you for 3 days, yano because they're a joke.

    Xbox team seems like they're on some sort of social justice delusional power trip,

    Just go to playstation guys.

    Your account will probably be unbanned in a week or so and they are happy to NOT refund you.

    Yeah I feel that, kinda weird how this is even a problem in the first place. I was never a PS guy though.
