Says I'm in a Party when I'm not, can't join alternate parties on console

It started when my computer crashed while on a Party through the Xbox App. Ever since, every time I leave a party I get the feedback page and it says that I'm still in the party which doesn't allow me to to join a party on my console. I've had this problem
for a week now and I've tried EVERY trouble shooting method as well as been on with Support 3 times.

Purchased gold but....

... it wont let me join parties because I'm not a gold member apparently, and prompts me to purchase gold. I bought it on their website, which says I am subscribed, and when I check my subscription status in-game, it also says I'm subscribed to gold. However,
I can't join parties or anything along those lines. Whats up?

Xbox party?

My Xbox one parties are not working. I can't start a party or join a party, but I'm able to play games online. What is going on? I also can't get party invites and I have no restrictions on.

Hey Vanish Tactics,

We recently updated the Xbox app and that may have helped to resolve this issue; can you try uninstalling/reinstalling the Xbox app and let us know if that fixes this for you? If not, can you please use the Report a problem feature within the app to let
us know this is still occurring?

After 10+Hrs... I found the issue!

1.) Right Click on your Desktop

2.) Display Settings

3.) At 'Change the size of text,apps, and other items:' slider change it to 100%

Note: If it's already set to 100% or doesn't work at 100%, try all other options it gives you on the slider.

Why this works: This was a DPI issue. Some applications have issues with the scaling and how it is displaying the content. I guess it didn't like the 125% scale that my monitor was displaying (1440p resolution / AMD R9 290 Graphics Card).

I'm also having this issue, it says that me and my friend (Johnschicken21) are in a party when on my windows 10 laptop I don't even have the xbox app open and on my xbox one console it says "You are unble to join a party because you are already in one somewhere
else." (0x8923101C) when I have no othere device that's in a party.

I just finished upgrading the firmware to my router, going through the options I still didn't see anything related to ipv6 or teredo tunneling. I reset the router and made sure that UPnP was turned on. I also went to my xbox one and cleared the alternate
mac address and cleared it. The nat type is still strict and when attempting the test multiplayer connection option I still get the can't get a teredo ip address. Upon joining a party i'm still unable to join the party chat, I receive the message "Due to limitations,
you can't join party chat right now. (0x807d0106)"

Party chat is broken on my end I can't leave a party once I join and it just says attempting to leave party for an hour straight. I'm just using private chat atm but I would love to not have to sign out or reset my Xbox to use party chat again.

This is how dumb your system is. I can join a friends party but not his game. Then once I'm in his party I can't join his game. I then can't invite him to my game if he's already in my party?
