says I have hit max balance on account

I try to redeem a prepaid code for 100$ and it says I have hit max balance when I only have 1 dollar in my account, searched everywhere and have had zero help or tips

Prepaid code issue

I have redemed 3 different codes now on my xbox 360 , everytime i hit accept the code, it says my balance that i had before 57 cents i should have 29 dollars. So i checked my account balance on my xbox it said 57 cents, then i checked my Microsoft account
balance and it said 29 dollars. Then i went on the market place and bougt stuff that was 50 cents and it took money off of my account now im down to about 27 dollars but on my xbox it still says 57 cents. please someone help.

xbox live rewards credits

I also have this issue. I spent 500 x2 on the 10,000 credits and 250 x1 on the 5,000 credits. In my rewards it says redeemed, but the balance does not show up on my pending credits and the balance also hasn't hit my Xbox Live account. But my gem balance
shows that I purchased those packs. So in all I am missing 25,000 credits.

No no thats not what you think it is

It's your max transactions limit

You have to wait a couple days

You will have to ask support how much the weekly limit is

Depending on where you live you are going to have a limit for your balance, according to Microsoft "At any given time, the maximum amount of money you can store in a Microsoft account is USD1,000*.

If you have additional Microsoft accounts registered in your name, or accounts that we have determined you created, the combined limit for all of your Microsoft accounts is USD5,000*"

Right now the best option is try waiting a couple days more just to give time to the system.
