Says I dont own game

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing.

Are you currently signed in to the account that owns the license to the game?

I would first suggest
Remove / Add the profile from the Xbox console .

Once you've tried that, go to the Xbox Store on the console and try to launch the game from there.

Let us know how it goes!

Have you checked to make sure the games show up in your account's purchase history? Here is the support

Do you gameshare by chance with someone else who owns the game? If so, it's possible they changed their console home association which has made it so you no longer are able to play it. You can confirm your purchase by visiting commerce.microsoft.com or reaching
out to the chat/phone teams. You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team
