    Says I don't have xbox live gold but I know I do


    Tried playing online when I got home from work but kept saying that i don't have gold but I don't remember it was going to run out anytime soon so I didn't think anything bfof it so iI tried to use a trial just to get it going but when I used the code
    it came up with you already have gold membership I have gone through a couple of threads and tried a few suggestions like removing my account off my xbox then turning it off then off at wall for 5 minutes then turning it back on and adding my account that
    didn't work then I tried testing my connection and that hasn't worked so I'd like to know what is going on

    I'm sorry to see any billing issues! We are unable to assist with those here on the forums. If the
    Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

    removing and re-adding your profile     on the console doesn't work, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat for further assistance.

    Please keep me updated on the situation! If phone/chat are unable to assist you in a way that is your satisfaction, we can see what other options we have here. Says I don't have xbox live gold but I know I do :)

    Xbox says I don't have Gold but I do.

    So I can't join parties, play multiplayer, or anything because Xbox wants me to buy Gold. Thing is I bought a year of Gold 2 months ago. I'm not paying to buy Gold. I have Gold! I spent over $60 on Gold! Let me play my games and talk to my friends!!

    It looks like you have an active Gold Membership from here.



    I suggest contacting Xbox Phone Support. They will be able to look into your account and see if there's anything odd going on.

    In this situation it might be best to contact Xbox Live support by phone since you've already tried the required troubleshooting, and your forumbadge shows you have XBL Gold

    power cycle guide    . After that please let us know if you still see that messaging when trying to play online.

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Let us know the results
