    Says I don't have a gold membership when I do.


    So I was playing a game when it kicked me offline for saying I couldn't access the game with my current setup. I go to the dashboard to find out that I have silver now instead of gold. I go to check my account and it says i auto-renewed gold on 2/25/2014
    for a year. I go on the xbox to try to repurchase it and it give me error code 80190128. What can I do to fix my account?

    Xbox One Says I Don't Have a Gold Membership

    It says that I don't have a gold membership when I go onto a game, but when I enter a trial code in it tells me that I do have a gold membership. Any ideas?

    I can't start Metal Gear cause it Says that i don't have a gold membership . Then it says that i have to reload the game if i have gold membership but when i start it again it says the same thing.

    What do i have to do?

    Re-download your profile. Alternately contact support as you may have a billing issue.

    What's the point of these forums if Microsoft doesn't answer them? And what is a verified answer? Tons of people are having the same problem. There was a service alert that said they were having issues with core servers and lots of people lost their gold
    memberships.

    Me too lost my gold subscription misterioulsy at 15 march at 4AM..... i received an official email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** saying

    "your gold account had been cancelled. Thanks!"

    But i didnt it.

    Why???

    How can I fix it?

    Me too have trouble with my gold subscription. It was cancelled not by me.

    So i resolved this problem contacting the support by chat.

    In US and Brazil, the phone number support is out!! >.<

    But by online chat it's ok!

    The support guy sent to me by e-mail a prepaid code with my time gold remaining (10 months).

    Try you too contact the support because I got the sollution by it.
