    Says I do not own my purchased games


    I am receiving error code (0x803f9006) on games such as Gang Beast, GTA Online, and many other of my own games that I have ownership of. It’s been lasting since early this morning. It started with a few games, now it’s literally my whole entire library.

    I'm sorry you've been experiencing issues with your games.

    Unfortunately, some Xbox Network services are currently down, resulting in gamers having difficulties purchasing/launching games and starting cloud gaming sessions. There is currently no estimated time on when this will be resolved, so I'm afraid all we can do for now is wait and monitor Xbox's official sources. This is already being worked on, so hopefully, it won't be long before this is resolved.

    * In the meantime, doing a power cycle might help:

    - Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

    - Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

    - Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

    * If your console is designated as Home Xbox, you could also try going to Settings > General > Network settings > Go offline, and see if games work that way. Of course, this would only work for offline games.

    If this doesn't work, then I'm afraid you'd need to wait for Xbox services to be restored.

    Asked the same question. I was told that the servers are down, and they've been down since yesterday. They know about the issue. There's currently no time estimate on when they'll be up again. All digitally owned games are down for almost everyone.

    Purchased a game and it says i do not own the game, but my bank shows i paid for it.

    If it's not in your "ready to install" list then try deleting your profile then turn your console off by holding the power button on the front of the console for a few seconds.

    Restart your console,re download your profile & then check your "ready to install" list again.
