    Hello, i recently noticed that nba 2k17 was purchased under my account in august but when i look under my billing history...it isnt there. Is that game free for everyone? I never purchased it.

    I bought a game and it says i did not

    So i went to buy Elder Scrolls Online because it was free to play weekend and it was on sale, But when i purchased it it still said to buy a copy. I already had it downloaded because it was a free to play weekend so not sure if it glitched it.

    Not sure why it would say August, but there is a free play weekend for that game that just started today so that could be why.

    Sorry to hear about the purchasing error you're having. To start out, are you able to verify that the transaction shows as complete over on
    account.microsoft.com? If not, it's possible the transaction didn't complete. Keep us looped in with what you find :) If the game shows as purchased there, try a restart of your PC and give the download
    another try.
