    I just bought my one x today and went to buy the microsoft complete and it says i am unable to purchase it on this device im not sure what to do ay help would be appreciated thanks.

    i am unable to purchase anything on the x box , it gives me an error message saying theres a problem with account.

    I am unable to change my 360 online settings on the Microsoft website to enable me to purchase 360 content on my xbox one. I go to purchase a game and it comes up with a message "your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com, Please complete
    this transaction on your Xbox" - However I am already on my xbox
