Says gift card already redeemed, but this is impossible and orders confirm Support now shut!

If you’re getting a message that your code has already been redeemed, make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code yourself, possibly under a different gamertag or Microsoft account. If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else.

How was the gift purchased? Was it digitally gifted through the Xbox, or was it purchased through a physical retailer?

What was gift? Can you confirm you don't see it when you check your order history at https://account.microsoft.com/orders ?

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. If you received a Roblox gift card, you may need to redeem it directly through Roblox. You can view how to view a Roblox gift card here: How to Redeem Gift Cards – Roblox Support. If you are having difficulties redeeming an official Roblox Gift card, you may need to contact Roblox support directly.

However, if you have an official Microsoft gift card, we can most definitely assist. Most of our gift cards will have steps on how to redeem them on the back of physical cards. Please visit: How to redeem gift cards and codes | Xbox Support for steps on how to redeem a gift card on an Xbox console, PC, or mobile device. If the code is appearing invalid, you may need to confirm the region of the card, try on another device, or look for any errors that may mention that the card has already been claimed.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your redeemed Xbox gift card.

Try to redeem the gift card again on a web browser online on redeem.microsoft.com and check if the message shows up as the codes were already redeemed.

Note: Make sure to use the correct account where you want to have your gift card redeemed.

If you have received the error message, kindly confirm if the gift card was redeemed successfully on your account by signing in to your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you redeemed the gift card.

If you're unable to find the redeemed gift card transaction under order history, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history to find the transaction.

If you're able to find the transaction, validate if the gift card is for Microsoft credits or an Xbox subscription.

No he got it free but i guess it tryed to charge my credit card and now it says i owe and i didn't order it and now he cant redeem his gift card for xbox live
